Smartter allows you to interact with Twitter content as long as you can prove that you have a certain level of intelligence. If you want to share your opinion, you have to correctly answer questions designed to test your aptitude.

You can either search and interact with Twitter content or you can create original content within the app. The same rules apply when you wish to make an original post.

You can also view your profile which allows you to see how many questions you have answered right and how many you have answered wrong. Keep in mind though, everyone can see your profile.
